display, and ready to test, at
Philadelphia techCongress.
December 2003: ShopIP attended the
Infosecurity
Conference, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, NY, NY.
December 2002: ShopIP exhibited the CrunchBox at the
Infosecurity
Conference and Exhibition, at the Jacob K. Javits Conference
Center in New York, New York.The CNBC cameras were also there, and
the CrunchBox was the featured computer security product on a show
which aired on December 12th.
September 2002: ShopIP presented the CrunchBox at the
Sans
Conference in Washington DC, where it remained uncrackable in
the IDNet challenge. The network security conference featured a
keynote address from Richard A. Clark, President Bush's Advisor
for Cyberspace Security.

July 2002: ShopIP attended the opening of the
Digibarn
Computer Museum on July 13th. The event invited 300 top luminaries
of the industry, including our 'Homebrew' duo, who demonstrated
the capabilities of the CrunchBox.
April 2002: ShopIP attended SACIS Expo 2002 in Orlando, Florida
where a CrunchBox was set up as a hacking competition target. A
team from Brasil, and a team from Cisco, attempted a break in. Neither
team came close to getting past the CrunchBox IDS.
March 2002 : John Draper give a speech on Computer Security
